Animal infestations can leave behind more than just a mess—they can create serious health hazards inside your home or business. Whether caused by raccoons in the attic, birds in the vents, or rodents in crawlspaces, animal waste should be handled by trained professionals to ensure safe cleanup and full sanitization.
Animal droppings and urine are more than a nuisance—they can carry dangerous pathogens like Hantavirus, roundworms, leptospirosis, and salmonella. These risks increase when waste dries out and turns to airborne dust, especially in closed environments like attics or air ducts.
Common issues caused by animal waste include: Foul, lingering odors, structural damage to wood and insulation, contamination of HVAC systems, bacterial and viral exposure, and infestations of parasites like mites or fleas
Our team uses professional-grade disinfectants and protective gear to eliminate contamination and restore a clean, healthy environment.
We inspect the property to locate all affected areas and seal them off to prevent the spread of contamination.
Our technicians remove feces, urine-soaked insulation, nesting materials, and other contaminated debris using proper safety equipment.
We thoroughly sanitize the space using EPA-registered disinfectants, followed by odor neutralizers to eliminate any trace of contamination.
If waste has damaged insulation, drywall, or subflooring, we provide cleanup and repair services to restore the space.
We offer guidance on pest control, sealing entry points, and protecting vulnerable areas to prevent future animal intrusions.
